Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Autodatafy consumer app and app.autodatafy.com, provided by Autodatafy Corp. They do not replace the separate agreements for our dealership platform.
1. Using Autodatafy
By creating an account or using the consumer service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Use only vehicle records and other content you are entitled to access or share.
You may use the app for its intended purposes. Do not use it unlawfully, access another person’s information without permission, disrupt the service or attempt to bypass its security. You retain ownership of your content and allow us to process it as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Insights are guidance
Autodatafy helps organise vehicle records and provides estimates and insights, including AI-generated responses. Results can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. They are not a vehicle inspection, a guarantee of safety or a substitute for qualified professional advice or manufacturer instructions.
Confirm important maintenance, diagnostic, pricing and driving decisions independently. Do not interact with the app while driving or use it for emergency assistance. Driving detection, mileage, scores, maps and connected-device data may be affected by permissions, hardware, connectivity and other conditions.
3. Public beta and availability
The consumer app is in public beta. Features may change, and interruptions or errors may occur. Keep copies of important records and report problems through the app’s support options. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every result will meet your needs.
Any paid offering will identify its price and applicable purchase terms before purchase. These terms do not authorise undisclosed charges. Third-party shops, maps, identity providers and other linked services may have their own terms; we do not control their services or guarantee their work.
4. Your account and information
You can stop using the service and request account deletion through the app. The Privacy Policy explains collection, processing and retention, including information that may remain after account deletion. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share.
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and available next steps.
5. Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees about accuracy, availability or suitability for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for safe vehicle operation and decisions made using the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Contact us about a problem so we can seek a resolution. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory consumer protections.
6. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will identify the updated version and provide notice of material changes. Where acceptance is required, we will request it. If you do not agree to revised terms, you may stop using the service.
